Privacy policy
This policy describes how BCE s.r.o. processes the personal data you submit through the form on vyzkousejcanam.cz for the purpose of arranging a Can-Am test ride. Processing is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process
Required: full name, email address.
Optional: phone number, ZIP code, driving licence type, communication language.
Technical: IP address, date and time of form submission.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Arranging and conducting a test ride and subsequent communication — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract).
Communication will come from prodejna@ctyrkolky-bce.cz, or — based on the ZIP code you provide — from the nearest official Can-Am dealer to whom we forward your contact for the purpose of arranging the test ride.
Sending marketing information about Can-Am products and events, if you give consent — legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to arrange the test ride and for 12 months after it takes place (for any complaints or follow-up).
If you give marketing consent, data is kept for the duration of the consent (max. 5 years) or until you withdraw it.
5. Recipients, processors and transfers
We share your data with official Can-Am dealers in the Czech Republic — specifically the one geographically closest to the ZIP code you provide — for the purpose of arranging the test ride. The dealer acts as a separate controller with respect to the contact details they receive from us.
In addition, the following processors handle your data on our behalf: Ecomail.cz s.r.o. (email sending and contact database), Vercel Inc. (web application hosting).
We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA, except under the standard contractual clauses of the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. Exercise these rights by emailing prodejna@ctyrkolky-bce.cz.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
7. Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies necessary for the site to function (storing your chosen language). No marketing or analytics cookies are deployed without your consent.
